It is important to keep a supply of food and water in your arsenal for emergencies. When disaster strikes, food and water become difficult to find. In just a short time, the local supplies of food and water can be exhausted.Remember the food storage guidelines when storing your food. In the worst scenarios, emergency water and food preps could come in quite handy. People do not die of starvation quickly. Running out of energy is an even bigger danger than starving. Without food for a day or two, you will notice the energy difference almost immediately.Without energy you are prey to thieves.
