You don't like stuffy literature, you like reading sales books - that's why you're in the business, and that's why you read, to pick up the latest tips and techniques. Some of them may have been up there with the classics, while others may have made you question whether this guy (i.e. the author) can even sell a heater to an Eskimo.Whenever you find yourself in a slump or things just didn't seem to work the answer always seem to be in the basics.
