Why Use the UHF Two-Way Radio?
UHF two-way receivers are the Super High Consistency version associated with two-ways. Many people believe using VHF is way better because they work over a much longer distance. That isn't always the case. UHF receivers have a quicker frequency and so cover a shorter length, but the they can penetrate obstacles much easier when compared with VHF. VHF works best having an unobstructed surfaces. Sometimes however, you cannot steer clear of obstructions. A sample is when you're using the receivers in a high building.
