Do you know the truth about best times to exercise

The answer to this question is one we all are intrigued about. Researchers have suggested that 6pm is the optimal time for exercising. This is indeed the time that your body is in rhythm, lung function and temperatures are at their most conducive at this time of the evening. This isn't typically a good time for us due to our busy schedules however, morning usually works better. The legitimacy of this statement is backed up by many surveys and research studies.
